NexEduHub is an AI learning intelligence engine designed to diagnose conceptual logic errors, model student skill structures, and compile personalized learning pathways. We continuously iterate our model outputs and features to optimize cognitive performance.

3. Waitlist & Beta Access

By joining our waitlist:

  • You agree to receive early access invitations, update notifications, and platform information via email.
  • You acknowledge that early beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete modules, or diagnostic errors.
  • Early adopters will receive promotional benefits, which are subject to shift or change at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its user interface systems, code diagnostics, animations, trademark logos, typography pairings, and layout structures, is the exclusive intellectual property of NexEduHub. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of our platform without explicit written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

NexEduHub is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our learning platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued interaction with the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
